Initially, I became a real estate Broker in Arkansas in the early 1980’s. After a few years as a Real Estate Specialist for the F.D.I.C. in Atlanta, Georgia, I opened Wardlow Appraisals in the mid-1980’s. Early in 2003, I moved the company to my hometown of Searcy, Arkansas. We quickly grew to an expanded market coverage of Central Arkansas — from Hot Springs to Little Rock to Searcy.
